Corrections
Material factual errors should be corrected promptly with a visible update note when the correction changes the meaning of the article.
Clarifications
When wording is accurate but could mislead, a clarification may be added without deleting the historical article context.
Update log
Each article contains a modified date. For major revisions, add an editor note at the article top.
